Depart Brandon by 9:00 am
Arrive at Club Regent. Staying at the Canad Inns (check in at 3 pm) bus will be at the door to off load your luggage.
Loading at the Canada Inns doors at 5:30 pm to leave for Folklorama
1st Stop – Casa do Minho (Portuguese) – Appetizer
2nd Stop – Ukraine Kyiv – Main Meal
3rd Stop – Metis – Dessert

Aug 4th Day Two:
Check out time is 11:00 am from the Canad Inns. Bus will be at the hotel door at 10:00 am to take your luggage. Stay and Play at Club Regent till 1:30 pm. Loading the bus at 1:45 pm
Arrive at FortWhyte Alive by 2:30. Group will be on a Bison Safari with Tea and Bannock at the Sodhouse, with supper at the Buffalo Stone Café
Double - $300. + GST ($15.)
Single - $350. + GST ($17.50)
Triple - $260. + GST ($13.)
This tour must be paid in full at the time of booking. All cancellation will be charged a fee of 15%
Itinerary is subject to change. All guests must be vaccinated. Tour must have 30 to operate the tour. Booking will be taken until July 15th.

All names on the manifest must be the legal names. We are asking you to have your Ocean Club card number as well. All patrons need to have government issue photo ID and proof of vaccinations. Manifests must be in 3 days before arrival. Changes that happen within 48 hours of arrival may not be accepted. So please, its better to have your name on the list two weeks in advance. All patrons need to pay a week in advance before departure. Please, if you have to cancel, please cancel before the 48 hours of the date of departure. If the hotel still charges us on your booked room then we have to charge you the hotel amount.
NO refunds on cancellation after the 48 hour period before the departure date.
