Brandon Bus Lines Presents Folklorama Bus Tour
Aug 7th – 8th 2024
Brandon Bus Lines invites you to join our bus tour to Folklorama 2024. Enjoy an overnight stay and play at Canad Inns Club Regent, 3 pavilions @ Folklorama (Romanian, African/Caribbean and Belgian) and before leaving Winnipeg, try your hand at winning at McPhillips Station Casino.
We will be staying at the beautiful Canad Inns Destination Center Club Regent Casino Hotel
Single Occupancy – (Early Bird) - $280.00 after May 31st $310.00
Double Occupancy - (Early Bird) -185.00 after May 31st $215.00

Pick up and depart from Victoria Inn (Vendor side) 10:00 am
Minnedosa
Pick up 9:40 and depart from Minnedosa Legion at 10:00 am
Robins Nest Hwy 5 & 1
Meet coach and transfer at Robin’s Nest and carry on to Wpg
Canad Inns Regent Hotel
Arrive at the Canad Inn Regent Hotel at 2 pm – check in is at 3 pm. We will check with the hotel and see if our rooms are available, if not we can keep our luggage in their storage room and check in at 3 pm.
Stay and play, enjoy yourselves till 5 pm. Gather in the lobby to load for Folklorama!! Bus will return to hotel at the end of the night.

Canad Inns Regent Hotel
10:00 am meet at the lobby
You can bring your bag down and leave it for the bus. Check out is at 11:00 am. Stay and play from 11:30 am till 2:30 pm. Meet us at the casino doors at 2:45 pm.
Bus will be parked in front of the hotel doors to load your luggage.
When departing the casino, we will meet at the casino doors.
McPhillips Street Station Casino
Arrive at MSS Casino at 3:15 pm
Stay and Play till 6:30 pm
Departing at 6:40 pm

Robin's Nest
Brandon people will transfer to the van and drive to Victoria Inn, Approximate arrival time in Brandon 9:35 pm
Minnedosa people will stay on the bus. Approximate Arrival time in Minnedosa 9:50 pm
For those of you who needed or have a new Club Card Number please bring your ID to the Players Club before you do any gambling.

All names on the manifest must be the legal names. We are asking you to have your Ocean Club card number as well. All patrons need to have government issue photo ID and proof of vaccinations. Manifests must be in 3 days before arrival. Changes that happen within 48 hours of arrival may not be accepted. So please, its better to have your name on the list two weeks in advance. All patrons need to pay a week in advance before departure. Please, if you have to cancel, cancel before the 48 hours of the date of departure. Otherwise it's not refundable.
NO refunds on cancellation after the 48 hour period before the departure date.
Cost of trip: for a overnight trip
$180.00 per person based on double occupancy (includes hotel & bus transportation) tax included
$170.00 per person based on triple occupancy (includes hotel & bus transportation) tax included
$200.00 for a single occupancy rate (includes hotel & bus transportation) tax included
There will no longer be quad occupancy offered.
A minimum of 20 paid passengers will be needed, to qualify for a bus tour. As Tour Operators we need this number of passengers two weeks before the travel date, otherwise tour will not go. Sure make sure to book well in advance!
